Spicy Tuna Wrap

Slice up:

  • red radishes
  • pickles
  • capers
  • onion rings
  • cuccumbers (take out the inside seeds)

Make the Tuna Salad. Add:

  • a can of tuna
  • wasabi (optional)
  • non-fat yogurt
  • pickles and capers
  • red radishes
  • salt and pepper
  • mix 

Assemble the wrap:

  1. lettice and spinach leaves
  2. put tuna salad on top
  3. onion rings
  4. boiled egg
  5. cuccumbers
  6. roll up & you’re done!
