my university lunch boxes by getfitandsweat | chicken & zucchini wrap

  1. I grilled some slices of chicken breast and spiced them up, then chopped up some zucchini and cooked them as well. 
  2. for the chicken salad: I flaked my chicken up, added 1 tablespoon of an extremely low fat mayonnaise (you can also use low fat yogurt) added some zucchini and sweetcorns, mixed all up and let it sit.
  3. I then took my tortilla and put down some leaves of lettice, piled my chicken salad on top then roll it up. Done!
